3. Order Acceptance & Pricing All orders are subject to approval. We reserve the right to reject or revise any order or price without notice, even after the order is placed.
4. Returns & Replacements Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order is printed/shipped.
Any issues (like defects or wrong print) must be reported in writing within 2 business days of delivery.
If eligible, a reprint will be processed after we receive the returned product.
5. Cancellations & Refunds Orders that are in process or already shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded.
6. Credit Card Payments Orders will not be processed if a payment fails. In case of delayed payments, a 2% monthly finance charge applies. Legal costs will be borne by the buyer if recovery is required.
7. Warranty Disclaimer We do not provide warranties beyond correcting or reprinting defective orders. No financial compensation is offered.
8. Shipping All shipments are arranged from Chennai, Tamil Nadu (F.O.B. Chennai). We are not liable for delays, damage, or loss during shipping.
9. Limitation of Liability Printguy shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. You agree to indemnify us against any legal claims related to copyright, privacy, or intellectual property issues with your submitted content.
